Webtools - Transfer Your Data Into Knowledge

Our growing team of bioinformaticians is working with high-throughput-sequencing data since almost ten years. We are constantly improving our methods and apply the most efficient existing software tools as well in-house software and analysis pipelines. Your data is processed on our powerful, high-RAM computer clusters and is delivered in the most convenient format for your purposes. Have a look on our free available webtools. We are updating them constantly.

Database for mammalian alternative polyadenylation.

APADB provides information for chicken, human and mouse polyadenylation sites and potential loss of microRNA binding sites. The interface allows the user to browse the database for each organism and tissue or to search for polyadenylation of a gene of interest. Additionally, the read mapping can be visualized via the jBrowse Genome Browser for manual inspection of polyA sites.

Cloud based web service for the analysis of non-coding RNAs.

omiRas is a web server for the annotation, comparison and visualization of interaction networks of non-coding RNAs derived from small RNA-Sequencing experiments of two different conditions.
