Test data download
Here you can download gzipped FASTQ files to test the omiRas webservice and submit a first project. The data is for Mus musculus and each condition has two replicate measurements. During a project submission you will be asked if your data has sequencing adapters.In this case the according adapter sequence is: ATCTCGTATGCCGTCTTCTGCTTG.
